PRINT IS DEAD
In 2007, Palgrave Macmillan published my first non-fiction book Print is Dead: Books in Our Digital Age. The book grew out of a white paper I'd written and circulated within my company at the time, Macmillan. An editor read it and asked me to expand it into a book.
